I build websites for law firms. For no one else.
I’m Maksymilian Wozniak. Wozniak Webdesign is a one-person studio based in Schwalbach am Taunus in the Rhine-Main region, for sole practitioners and small to mid-size law firms. From first contact to after launch, you talk to me.
Why only law firms
A law firm website has rules of its own.
Mandatory details under § 5 DDG and the DL-InfoV. Advertising that informs factually, in form and content (§ 43b BRAO). Because I work only for law firms, these points are on the list for your project from day one.
Then there’s what people who have hired web agencies, lawyers among them, write in reviews and forums. Three wishes come up often:
- A person you can actually reach, after launch too.
- Everything in writing before you sign.
- A modern look that still feels credible.
That’s what my work is built around.

- One person to deal with: me. From the website check to after launch.
- Texts I write for you. You read them and approve them.
- A checklist for the mandatory details under § 5 DDG and the DL-InfoV: bar association, professional title, professional rules, liability insurance.
- Texts I write factually, with § 43b BRAO in mind. Practice focus areas, additions such as ‘Spezialist’ (§ 7 BORA) and Fachanwalt titles come only from what you tell me. The checklist also flags § 6(2) BORA: advertising with client matters or clients only with express consent.
What you shouldn’t expect
- A list of references. I’m just starting out, so I’d rather show you how I work: through this site and through your free website check.
- Guarantees of rankings or of a set number of enquiries. Nobody can honestly guarantee that. I build the foundations so people find you and can reach you easily.
- Legal advice. The checklist is technical help. I’m a designer, not a lawyer. Approving your texts under the professional rules is up to you.
- Ads, pop-ups or countdowns. Your clients get one calm way to get in touch.
