Web design for law firms · Rhine-Main

Websites, signed and sealed.

Law firms only. A website where clients quickly see whether you’re the right firm for them.

No radio silence after you sign.

You always talk to me. Before launch, at launch and after.

You decide in your own time.

No sales pressure, no reps, no decisions on the phone.

What I promise is in writing.

I look at your website personally and usually get back to you within a few working days.

Sound familiar?

Four stories you hear about web agencies again and again.

  1. After you sign, nobody gets back to you.
  2. On the phone, you’re pushed to say yes right away.
  3. What was promised is nowhere in writing.
  4. Suddenly a text goes live that nobody approved.

With me, the opposite is in writing, in your proposal.

§ Promises

Four promises. In writing, in every proposal.

Hold the seal down. The four promises are just as binding in your proposal.

§ 1

Everything in writing.

What we discuss, you get in writing. Scope, price and schedule are in the proposal before you sign anything.

§ 2

No sales pressure.

No calls you didn’t ask for, no reps, no signing during a conversation. You decide in your own time.

§ 3

Your texts, your approval.

Only what you’ve approved goes online. Every text, every image.

§ 4

One point of contact.

You always talk to me directly, by phone or email. No call centre, no ticket system.

Your firm online

Look modern. Stay credible.

Clients check you online before they call. Even the ones who were referred to you. Your website should then feel as clear and calm as a good first meeting.

A letter of handmade paper, sealed with ultramarine wax and the letter W, on dark blue linen.
  • Nothing goes online without your approval.
  • A checklist for the mandatory details under § 5 DDG and the DL-InfoV: bar association, professional title, professional rules, liability insurance.
  • No ads, pop-ups or countdowns: just one calm way to get in touch.
  • A firm website that speaks for you, instead of just a profile in a lawyer directory.

Findability

Be found when someone nearby needs a lawyer.

People often search on their phones, with the area of law and the town: “employment law Frankfurt” or “family law Wiesbaden”. What counts then is whether your firm shows up and whether people can reach you without a detour.

What I build for your firm
  • Built for the phone first.
  • A page of its own for every area of law you practise, with your town in it. That helps Google understand what you offer where.
  • I also set up your Google Business Profile.
  • Enquiries through your website go straight to you, not through a lawyer directory.
  • From search result to enquiry in a few steps: a call, an email or a short form.

How you name areas of law and focus areas is governed by § 7 BORA. “Fachanwalt” (certified specialist) appears only where you’re entitled to use that designation. I’m a designer, not a lawyer. Approving your texts under the professional rules is up to you.

A project

Erbrecht Türkei, redesigned.

The firm Falke Law Tax | Dr. Doğan & Koyuncu advises heirs in Germany on estates with a link to Turkey. I reworked their website.

What I did

  • A new design for phone and desktop
  • The whole website also in Turkish
  • Revised texts
  • New graphics and illustrations
  • A digital assistant for general questions

Process

Five steps. You always know where things stand.

  1. 01

    Website check

Free and in writing, from me personally.

  2. 02

    Conversation and proposal

We talk about your firm, then you get a written proposal.

  3. 03

    A draft to click through

You see your new site before it goes live.

  4. 04

    Texts and approval

I write, you read and approve.

  5. 05

    Launch

Your site goes live, and I stay reachable.

Before you decide, I’m happy to visit you at your firm in the Rhine-Main region, at a time we agree on.

The process in detail

To be honest

I’m just starting out. That’s why you get every promise in writing.

Instead of a list of references, I’ll show you how I work: through this site and through your free website check.

  • No ad trackers

Questions

What law firms want to know first.

Your question isn’t here? Write to me.

Get in touch
How much does a website cost?

That depends on the scope: how many pages your website gets, how big your firm is, whether the website should be bilingual and whether an AI assistant is part of it. After the website check you get a written proposal that sets out everything: scope, price and schedule.

Do you only work for law firms?

Yes, only for law firms: sole practitioners and small to mid-sized firms. That’s why the website check also looks at what matters to a law firm: can people find you by area of law and town? Is anything technical missing from your mandatory details?

Can a law firm website look this modern?

In most cases, yes. The professional rules require you to inform in a factual way, in form and content. That works very well with clear, modern design. Whether it fits in your case is your call: every text goes online only with your approval.

My clients come through referrals. Do I need this?

Referrals are the best thing you have. People who are referred to you still look you up online first. They should find a site that matches your good reputation.

Will a new website bring me more clients?

Nobody can honestly guarantee that, and the same goes for top rankings. I build the foundations so people find you and can reach you easily. On request I’ll show you how many enquiries come in through the site.

Will I lose my Google ranking with a new website?

Nobody can guarantee that. I keep the content that’s already being found and redirect old addresses cleanly to the new ones. Short-term fluctuations are normal after a move. After launch I watch the numbers with you.

How much time does this take away from client work?

One thorough conversation at the start, and your approvals. I write the texts.

You’re new. Why should I trust you?

You don’t have to take anything on faith. The website check is free, the proposal comes in writing, and each of the four promises on this page is also in the proposal.

Signed and sealed.
